Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellations Made Over 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are acceptable and will not incur any charges. 2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Pick-Up: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full cost of a one-way trip. 3. No-Shows: If a customer does not show up for their scheduled pick-ups without prior notice, the full cost of the round trip will be charged.
