Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellations Made Over 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are acceptable and will not incur any charges. 2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Pick-Up: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full cost of a one-way trip. 3. No-Shows: If a customer does not show up for their scheduled pick-ups without prior notice, the full cost of the round trip will be charged. This policy ensures that we can provide reliable and timely service to our customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Driver Complaints
Clients should report any complaints regarding driver inappropriate behavior by calling New Braunfels Mobility’s General Manager directly at (830) 283-7433. Please provide details such as the driver’s name, vehicle description, date, time, and a description of the incident to ensure a prompt and appropriate response.
